Refund Policy

Refund requests should be submitted in writing as soon as possible and should include the client’s name, order details, reason for the request and any relevant supporting information.

Refund eligibility depends on the project status, work already completed, third-party costs and the agreed service terms.

Services already completed, delivered digital files, third-party expenses and work that meets the agreed specifications may not be refundable.

We will review refund requests fairly and communicate the outcome using the contact information provided by the client.
